Earlier this week, an academy in China focused on cyberspace introduced a chatbot that has been trained using Xi Jinping Thought, a philosophy that advocates for "socialism with Chinese characteristics."
The chatbot's training involved seven datasets, with six primarily focusing on information technology and supplied by the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC), the country's internet regulatory authority.
The newest initiative to promote the Chinese leader’s philosophy is the Xi-trained large language model. In educational institutions, students have been required to attend classes focused on Xi Jinping Thought. Additionally, in 2019, an application named Study Xi Strong Nation was launched, enabling users to study and participate in quizzes about his principles.
Xi Jinping Thought, or "Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era," comprises 14 key principles. These principles emphasize maintaining the Chinese Communist Party's absolute authority, bolstering national security and socialist ideals, and enhancing the quality of life and welfare of the populace.
