Instead of using a typical search box to find professionals for a specific issue, you can directly explain the problem in the chat interface.

The bot will ask additional questions and request your zip code to better understand your needs and create a project. Once the bot shares this information with professionals, you will receive messages from them regarding their projects. You can then reply to these messages with a personalized response or use the app's quick reply option.
